Compila il modulo e premi «Conferma il recesso». Non serve entrare nell'account. Riceverai subito la conferma di ricevimento con data e ora, a schermo e per email. Poi disdiciamo l'abbonamento e, se hai già pagato, ti restituiamo quanto dovuto entro quattordici giorni, con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento.

Vuoi solo smettere di pagare dal mese prossimo? Basta disdire dall'app, in Il mio piano → Gestisci abbonamento.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from your FileNook subscription (Pro or Nex) within fourteen days of activation, without giving a reason. The full rules are in the terms of service, section 5.

Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You don't need to sign in. You'll immediately get an acknowledgement of receipt with the date and time, on screen and by email. Then we cancel the subscription and, if you have already paid, refund what is due within fourteen days, using the same payment method.

Just want to stop paying from next month? Cancel from the app, in My plan → Manage subscription.
